HCO Roswati Bte Mustadi,
who received her award from Minister Teo, said that
winning the award has inspired her to work even
harder to serve her customers.
The PS21 STAR Service Awards celebrate the service achievements
of public servants.
Roswati and Mohamed Yunos, both frontline officers from the
Checkpoint Services & Investigations Branch, epitomise the
service-mindedness and professionalism that engender the spirit
of public service excellence.
Customers are impressed with Roswati’s impeccable service.
The word “awed” best describes what they say about
their encounters with her.
On receiving her award, Roswati said, “I am very happy
and honoured to receive the award. It will continue to spur
me to work harder to provide the best that I can to our customers.”
SCO Mohamed Yunos Ismail
believes in giving his best in every situation.
“Going the extra mile” is investigation officer
Mohamed Yunos’ guiding service philosophy. He shared,
“Our customers expect nothing but the best from us in
all situations. No matter how tough the circumstances, I take
it in my stride to do more than what they expect from us. Customers
are happy, and it helps my work too!”
Roswati and Mohamed Yunos, who received their awards from Mr
Teo Chee Hean, Minister-in-Charge of the Civil Service, are
two role models that Singapore Customs is very proud of!
