Local manufacturers of products who wish to apply for an Ordinary Certificate of Origin or a Preferential Certificate of Origin to meet the requirements of the importing country or to enjoy lower tariffs under the Schemes of Preference or the respective Free Trade Agreements, have to be registered with Singapore Customs.
