To register with Singapore Customs as a manufacturer for the application of an Ordinary or Preferential Certificate of Origin, the manufacturer has to meet the following requirements:
- Manufacturer is a registered company in Singapore
- Manufacturer has a valid CR number
- Manufacturer operates a manufacturing facility/factory in Singapore
- Complete the Manufacturer's Application Form and submit it to the following address or e-file the application at the E-services portal by clicking here.
