Registration Procedure

Activation of Customs Account

If an entity is required to pay duties, GST and other miscellaneous payments through the Inter-Bank GIRO Scheme, it should comply with the following procedure:

    a. Activate its UEN with Customs.

    b. Complete a copy of the Application for Inter-Bank GIRO Form (DOC 327kb)
        submit to:

If an entity wishes to register itself as a TradeNet® user or for other transactions, it should still comply with the following procedure:

    a. Activate its UEN with Customs

    b. Complete a copy of the Application for Inter-Bank GIRO Form (DOC 327kb)
        submit to:

        Singapore 307987

    c. Submit the application form online at the Tradexchange portal.
