To apply for the STP programme, a company should adhere to the following steps:
Step 1: The company should submit the following documents,

(a) |
Application Form (366KB, DOC) for the STP programme; |

|
|
(b) |
An introduction of the company; |
|
(c)
|
Completed TradeFIRST self-assessment checklist; |
|
(d) |
Supporting documents which include: |
|
|
|
|
|
|
(e) |
Copy of the company's relevant security accreditations; and |
|
|
|
|
(f) |
Any other relevant supporting documents as mentioned in the TradeFIRST self-assessment checklist. |

Please send your completed STP application to Singapore Customs:

By mail to Singapore Customs, 55 Newton Road, #07-01, Revenue House, Singapore 307987. Attention to Schemes and Licensing Branch.
Step 2: After the submission of the relevant supporting documents, Singapore Customs will conduct an on-site validation to assess on the company’s application and eligibility. The on-site assessment result will determine whether the company qualifies for the STP or STP-Plus status. |
