Voluntary Disclosure Program is for individuals or companies who voluntarily come forward in good faith to disclose errors and omissions in exchange for reduced or no penalty quantum.
- Disclosure must be voluntary;
- Disclosure must be complete;
- Disclosure is made before notice or commencement of audit checks and investigations.
- Any written application in form of letter, fax or email OR
- VDP form ( DOC 452kb )
- No fixed period/volume.
- Documents may be required for submission to support the VDP application.
