VDP
Voluntary Disclosure Program is for individuals or companies who voluntarily come forward in good faith to disclose errors and omissions in exchange for reduced or no penalty quantum.

Eligibility Criteria for VDP Benefits
  1. Disclosure must be voluntary;
  2. Disclosure must be complete;
  3. Disclosure is made before notice or commencement of audit checks and investigations.

Process

Disclosure Format
  1. Any written application in form of letter, fax or email OR
  2. VDP form ( DOC 456kb )
Disclosure Period/Volume
  1. No fixed period/volume.
Document Submission
  1. Documents may be required for submission to support the VDP application.
