Annual Declaration for Anticipated Activities (ADAA)
Annual Declaration for Anticipated Activities is a requirement for facilities that comprise one or more plants which intend to produce, process and/or consume any Schedule 1, 2 and/or 3 chemicals in the coming year. If there are any additional changes to the predicted activities in this declaration after its submission, the respective facility shall report these changes through Ad hoc declarations on additionally planned activities.

Unscheduled Discrete Organic Chemicals (DOC)

ADAA is not required for companies involved in unscheduled DOCs.
