Trade Permit Application
The import and export of Schedule 1, 2, and 3 chemicals are licensed and permit approval is subject to NA(CWC) conditions.Application of trade permits can be done via TradeNet.

  • Description of the item. Please state the name of the controlled chemical in the description as well.
    For example, Photographic solution containing Triethanolamine.

  • Enter the product code of the chemical (Found in licence).

  • Enter purity of the controlled chemical. Eg: 40%


Controlled items are also subject to export control under the Strategic Goods (Control) Act in Singapore. Hence, a permit must be taken up at least 5 working days in advance prior to export.
