Trade Permit Application

The import and export of Schedule 1, 2, and 3 chemicals are licensed and permit approval is subject to NA(CWC) conditions.Application of trade permits can be done via TradeNet.

Field	Information Required
Licence No.	Licence number issued by NA(CWC). If item is also controlled by other Controlling Agencies, please indicate both.
Item Description HS Code	Description of the item. Please state the name of the controlled chemical in the description as well. For example, Photographic solution containing Triethanolamine. Product HS code
CA/SC Product Code 1	Enter the product code of the chemical (Found in licence).
CA/SC Product Code Quantity & Unit CA/SC Code 1	Enter the quantity and unit Enter purity of the controlled chemical. Eg: 40%

Controlled items are also subject to export control under the Strategic Goods (Control) Act in Singapore. Hence, a permit must be taken up at least 5 working days in advance prior to export.

HS Code	Please declare the HS code of the mixture and not the code of the controlled chemical.

CA/SC Product Code 1	Enter category code of the controlled chemical.
CA/SC Code 1	Is this item for military or non-military use? MIL / NMU
CA/SC Code 2	Is this item for government or non-government use? GOV / NGU
CA/SC Code 3	Is this item to be used or suspected to be used for weapons of mass destruction? WMD / NMD
CA/SC Product Code 2 CA/SC Product Code Quantity & Unit	Enter the product code of the controlled chemical (Click on 'Add More CA/SC Product Code). Enter the quantity and unit
