Conditions   Import/Export of any Schedule 2 chemical from/to Non State Party is allowed if the item meets one or more of the following conditions:
  • They are product(s) containing 1% or less of a Schedule 2A or 2A* chemical;
  • They are product(s) containing 10% or less of a Schedule 2B chemical;
  • They are product(s) identified as consumer goods packaged for retail sale for personal use or packaged for individual use. (Consumer goods are products containing 1% or less of a Schedule 2A & 2A* chemical or 10% or less of a Schedule 2B chemical.)
  • An End User Certificate (EUC) has to be submitted to NA(CWC) prior to any permitted exports of Schedule 2A, 2A* or 2B chemicals to Non States Parties.
An End User Certificate (EUC)  has to be submitted to NA(CWC) prior to any permitted exports of Schedule 3 chemicals to Non State Parties.

Exception
An EUC will not be required if the export of any Schedule 3 chemical to a Non State Party meets one or more of the following conditions:
  • They are product(s) containing 30% or less of a Schedule 3 chemical;
  • They are product(s) identified as consumer goods packaged for retail sale for personal use or packaged for individual use. (Consumer goods are products containing 30% or less of a Schedule 3 chemical.)
