CWC Scheduled Chemicals under Strategic Goods (Control) Act
Exports of Schedules 1, 2 and 3 chemicals for the following concentration limits are also subject to export control requirements under the Strategic Goods (Control) Act in Singapore.
For Exports to States Parties:
- Mixture containing more than 30% of the Scheduled chemical

For Exports to Non-States Parties:
- Mixture containing less than 1% of the Schedule 2A* chemical
- Mixture containing more than 30% of the Schedule 3 chemical

CWC Scheduled Chemicals not under Strategic Goods (Control) Act
Exports of Schedules 1, 2 or 3 chemicals for the following concentration limits are not classified as Strategic Goods under the Strategic Goods (Control) Act in Singapore.
For Exports to States Parties:
- Mixture containing less than 30% of the Scheduled chemical

For Exports to Non-States Parties:
- Mixture containing less than 1% of the Schedule 2A chemical
|
- Mixture containing less than 10% of the Schedule 2B chemical
|
- Mixture containing less than 30% of the Schedule 3 chemical

- For chemical also controlled under the Strategic Goods (Control) Act, CPC should be declared as STS and CWC.
- For chemical not controlled under the Strategic Goods (Control) Act to Non-State Party, CPC should be declared as CWC.

- For CPC=CWC, PC1 should be left blank.
- For CPC=STS and CWC, declare the relevant STS Tier (e.g. STS1, STS2 or STS3)

- For CPC=CWC, PC2 should be left blank.
- For PC1 = STS2, provide STS Tier 2 permit number.
- For PC1 = STS3, provide STS Tier 3 permit number.

- For all applications, PC3 should be left blank.

- Licence number issued by NA(CWC).
- If item is also controlled by other Controlling Agencies, please indicate both.
