Amendment to existing licence is only applicable for existing licensees that would like to:
- Include new chemical(s);
- Include new product(s) containing the licenced chemical;
- Include new activity for the licenced chemical; and/or
- Increase the maximum aggregate allowed for the specified activity of the licenced chemical.
*Please note that a licence must be in place prior to the commencement of the activities pertaining to the controlled chemical(s).
- the chemical falls under the list of Schedule 1, 2, 3 or the definition of unscheduled DOC; and
- the activity which you intend to engage in, is controlled by NA(CWC).
The licence application will require a processing time of 10 working days upon the receipt of a duly completed application.
Upon receipt of the new licence, the previous licence have to be returned to the NA(CWC), within 14 working days, to be invalidated.
