Amendment to existing licence

For whom

Amendment to existing licence is only applicable for existing licensees that would like to:

Include new chemical(s);
Include new product(s) containing the licenced chemical;
Include new activity for the licenced chemical; and/or
Increase the maximum aggregate allowed for the specified activity of the licenced chemical.

*Please note that a licence must be in place prior to the commencement of the activities pertaining to the controlled chemical(s).

Processing time

The licence application will require a processing time of 10 working days upon the receipt of a duly completed application.

Amended Licence Approval

Upon receipt of the new licence, the previous licence have to be returned to the NA(CWC), within 14 working days, to be invalidated.
