For whom

Companies involved in CWC (licenced activity(ies))

*Please note that a valid NA(CWC) licence is required prior to the commencement of the activities pertaining to the controlled chemical(s).

Before proceeding with the application, please verify that

the chemical falls under the list of Schedule 1, 2, 3 or the definition of unscheduled DOC; and
the activity which you intend to engage in, is controlled by NA(CWC).

Processing time

The licence application will require a processing time of 10 working days upon the receipt of a duly completed application.

A pre-licensing inspection may be arranged and conducted at facilities before licence approval.
