- Companies that are applying for a NA(CWC) licence for the first time;
- Existing licensed companies applying for the next calendar year's licence.
*Please note that a valid NA(CWC) licence is required prior to the commencement of the activities pertaining to the controlled chemical(s).
- the chemical falls under the list of Schedule 1, 2, 3 or the definition of unscheduled DOC; and
- the activity which you intend to engage in, is controlled by NA(CWC).
The licence application will require a processing time of 10 working days upon the receipt of a duly completed application.
A pre-licensing inspection may be arranged and conducted at facilities before licence approval.
