- Incomplete course application form will not be processed.
- The course application form and full payment of fees must reach Singapore Customs at least 7 working days before course commencement.
- Enrollment is contingent upon receipt of full payment of fees and availability of seats.
- Applicants will be notified of the course placement via email/fax.
- Singapore Customs reserves the right to postpone the course date in the event of insufficient enrollment. Applicants will be informed via email/fax of the changes.
- If an applicant is unable to attend a course applied for, a request for replacement must be made in writing to customs_nacwc@customs.gov.sg or fax to 6775 5946 at least 2 working days before the course date. No refund of course fees will be entertained if you withdraw from or fails to attend the course.
For companies with Inter-Bank GIRO (IBG) account with Singapore Customs, the course fee will be deducted directly from your company's IBG account.
If you do not have an IBG account with Singapore Customs, you may issue a crossed cheque made payable to "Singapore Customs" for the total amount before the closing date of registration.
