Headed by the Director-General, the work of Singapore Customs (SC) is performed mainly by five Divisions, namely Trade Division, Controls Division, Corporate Development Division, Operations & Planning Division and Intelligence & Investigation Division.

Both DDG Special Projects and ADG (Technical Cooperation) report directly to the Director-General of Customs.  There are also two branches, i.e. the Internal Audit Branch and Prosecution Branch that report directly to the Director-General of Customs.
