Singapore Customs (SC) has been ranked 16th out of 26 government agencies in the 2010 Pro-Enterprise Survey commissioned by the Action Community for Entrepreneurship (ACE). This is a decline from the 10th position attained in 2009.
This year, SC achieved a Pro-Enterprise Index of 76.48, a decline over over last year’s 83.04.

The component with the greatest improvement was “Customer Responsiveness”, indicating that SC’s efforts in engaging customers to better understand their needs and expectations and to create an environment conducive to business made an impact.
