From June 2016 to January 2017, the National Trade Platform team will actively engage the industry to gather insights to develop a platform that is meaningful and relevant to the community.

The team will also invite companies from key industries listed below to participate in a range of activities that include interviews, ideation workshops, service concept workshops and usability testing to fine-tune the platform and its offerings.

  • Pharmaceuticals
  • Computer and Electronics
  • Chemicals
  • Machinery and Equipment
  • Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs)

 


 

“Call for Collaboration on National Trade Platform TFAP and TFC service”

Singapore Customs (“Customs”), in partnership with Government Technology Agency (“GovTech”) is issuing this Call for Collaboration (“CFC”) to invite companies to develop the services of Multi-Banks Trade Finance Application Portal (“TFAP”) and Trade Finance Compliance (“TFC”) on the National Trade Platform (“NTP”) in Singapore.

Successful Participants of TFAP and TFC should co-develop with the Agencies NTP data standards for trade finance applications for the MBP service and usage of TFC by MBP service on NTP.

Registration for Industry Briefing

All interested parties are invited to attend the CFC Public Briefing on 20 October 2017 (AM).

All parties interested to attend the briefing are to register by email to CUSTOMS_NTP@customs.gov.sg; Subject: RSVP TFAP & TFC CFC no later than 12:00pm on 16 October 2017. Due to limited seating capacity at the CFC Public Briefing venue, each company is limited to 2 representatives. Details of the CFC Public Briefing will be made known to registered parties by email.

SUBMISSIONS (UPDATED)       

Submissions should be made using the Proposal template attached. The Participants shall furnish all necessary information and documents as required in the template. All assumptions used should be stated clearly in the Proposal.  

Place and Time of Submission  

Four (4) hardcopies and two (2) softcopies (in a CD-ROM) of the Proposal should reach Customs no later than 18 December 2017, 5.00pm. All of the Proposals must be clearly marked as “NTP TFAP & TFC Call for Collaboration”, and addressed to:

The Proposals may also be submitted in person at Customs’ tender box on the 9th floor (#09-01) of 55 Newton Road, Revenue House, Level 9, Singapore 307987.

Government reserves the right not to accept late submissions.

For the avoidance of doubt, all emails must be received before the relevant date and time based on the records of our email system. If there are duplicate enquiries or submissions, we will take the most recent version based on our email server time stamp.

No further enquiries regarding this CFC will be entertained after 13th December 2017, 5:00pm.
