If you hold a distributorship agreement with a vehicle brand, you can import and distribute that brand in your approved territories.

When to Apply?
Existing agents must submit the Agent’s Application for Product Code whenever there is a change in the following:
Vehicle model
Price, specifications, model code, or model year
Invoicing currency, incoterm, or assigned supplier
Complete the Agent Application for Product Code form and attach the required supporting documents listed in Section E.
Special Note for Electric Vehicles
If you are importing electric vehicles, including motorcycles or scooters, email Customs_TTSB@customs.gov.sg to check the additional import requirements before importing.
What to Expect?
In general, you may expect a reply within 5 working days. For more complex applications, you may expect a reply within 7 working days.
