ASEAN Customs Declaration Document
The ACDD enables ASEAN Member States to exchange export declaration data electronically and supports faster customs clearance. This page outlines the exchange-ready countries, the data shared, and how traders may benefit.
Electronic Exchange under the ASEAN Single Window (ASW)
The ASEAN Customs Declaration Document (ACDD) is an electronic document that enables Customs authorities in ASEAN to exchange export declaration data, reducing delays and paperwork.
It sends key TradeNet export permit details to the Customs authority in the importing ASEAN Member State (AMS), supporting risk management and potentially speeding up clearance for shipments supported with an ACDD.
Submitting an ACDD is optional and open to all traders exporting to exchange-ready AMS, which include: Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao PDR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand and Vietnam.
Information Shared in the ACDD
The ACDD includes essential export details such as:
Exporter and Declaring Agent information
Consignee details
Departure date
HS code, quantity and unit of measure
Country of origin
Transport mode and port of discharge
Item serial number
TradeNet permit number
These data points help streamline checks and support smoother cross-border trade within ASEAN.
