You can use Customs eServices to:
Submit regulatory applications and check their status digitally.
Send and receive selected regulatory e-documents with participating overseas customs authorities and regulators.
Log in via Corppass
Some services on Customs eServices are available without logging in, such as the Permit Clearance Enquiry Service and Certificate of Origin Verification. For services that require authentication, follow these steps:
Ensure your company has an active Corppass account.
Ask your Corppass Administrator to select Customs eServices as a Digital Service on the Corppass website.
Ensure your Administrator assigns you the permission to use the service on behalf of your company.
Log in to Customs eServices using your Singpass.
Accept the Terms and Conditions during your first login.

Connect Internationally
Customs eServices allows you to send and receive government-issued documents and certificates directly with participating countries.
Connectivity Services:
Transmit Electronic Preferential Certificate of Origin (ePCO) and Electronic Certificate of Non-Manipulation (eCNM) for exports to China.
Transmit ATIGA e-Form D for exports to ASEAN Member States.
Access ePCO information for certificates shared with your company (China and ASEAN trade).
Access eSPS certificate information for imports from Australia.
