Amend your CWC licence to account for changes in chemicals, products, activities, or quantities, ensuring continued compliance with regulations.

Who may amend?
You must request an amendment before undertaking any new or modified activity. You may amend your licence if you need to:
Add a new chemical
Example: You start producing a new Schedule 2 chemical at your facility.Add a new product containing the licensed chemical
Example: You develop a new product that includes a licensed Schedule 3 chemical.Add a new activity for the licensed chemical
Example: You previously imported only a chemical, but now plan to export it tooIncrease the maximum aggregate quantity allowed for the specified activity of the licensed chemical
Example: Production demand has risen and you need authorisation to produce higher volumes.
How to amend?
Follow these steps to ensure your amendment is processed correctly and without delay:
Prepare the Amendment Application
Download and complete the licence amendment forms from the NA(CWC) website.
Prepare the Required Supporting Documents
Include the following documents where applicable:Letter of Authorisation (if a new representative is handling the application)
Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for each product
Details of Chemical Reaction for the production of Discrete Organic Chemicals (DOCs)
Block Diagram of the Process Flow for the production of DOCs
Submit Your Documents
If submitting multiple files, zip them into a single file for upload.
If your file exceeds 7MB, submit your supporting documents via email: customs_nacwc@customs.gov.sg
Processing Time
Applications are typically processed within 7 working days after receipt of a complete application with all supporting documents.
