How to collect my shipped items when they arrive?
After your GST relief permit is approved, your appointed agent collects your shipped personal effects from the port or air freight centre.

Once Singapore Customs approves your Customs In-Non-Payment (GST Relief) permit, your appointed agent, such as a shipping or forwarding agent, will collect your goods on your behalf.
Where Your Goods Are Collected
You can collect your items:
Sea freight: collect from the Port of Singapore Authority (PSA) port area
Air freight: collect from the Changi Airfreight Centre
Your agent handles the physical collection, so you usually do not need to be present.
What to Present at the Checkpoint
When clearing the goods, your agent must present the following to the checkpoint officers:
The personal effects being imported
The approved Customs In-Non-Payment (GST Relief) permit, and
Supporting documents used for the GST relief application, such as shipping documents and identification records.
Clearance at the Checkpoint
Checkpoint officers will check the goods and documents before granting clearance. Once cleared, your personal effects can be released and delivered according to your arrangements with the agent.
