Return of Permit

Learn when to return your import permit to your shipping or airline agent for manifest reconciliation and comply with legislated requirements.

If you import goods by sea or air, you must submit your approved import permit to your shipping agent or airline agent within 10 days of import.

Your agent will use the permit to reconcile the cargo details before submitting the manifest reconciliation statement to Singapore Customs, which must be done within 17 days of import.
