The Strategic Goods Control List (SGCL) sets out the specific goods and technologies regulated under the Strategic Goods (Control) Act (SGCA). Goods and technology that meet the technical specifications described in the SGCL are subject to controls.
The SGCL is published as the Schedule to the Strategic Goods (Control) Order 2025 and includes items from four key multilateral export control regimes:

Missile Technology Control Regime
Nuclear Suppliers Group
Wassenaar Arrangement
The Schedule is organised into two parts, with each part further categorised by the types of goods and technology.
